Are you manufacturer or trading company?
We are manufacturer. We have factories in China and Vietnam and have more than 15years experience on the stainless steel handmade sink and accessories.
What's the stainless steel grade do you use?
SUS304 stainless steel. The Usual thickness is 16 gauge, 18 gauge and 20 gauge.
Can you print our customized logo on the products?
Yes, you can provide the logo design to us and we will etch/laser/ stamp the logo on the product.
How is your production capacity for handmade sinks and drawn sinks?
20,000 pcs per month for handmade sinks. And 20,000 pcs per month for drawn sinks. And we estimate and plan to increase the capacity about 20% next year
What is your regular packing on the products?
Our regular packs the kitchen sink with styrofoam/ carton corner/stacked pack on pallet to protect the product.
Can l visit factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?

How do stainless steel sinks compare with other materials such as cast iron, acrylic or porcelain?
Stainless steel is an alloy made up of many materials such as chromium and nickel, making it more durable and resistant to daily use than cast iron, porcelain, and acrylic. It is resistant to rust, heat, stains, odors, peeling, cracking, chipping & most chemicals and is also easier to clean than most other materials. While stainless steel doesn’t come in as many color options as other materials, it will maintain its shine and look new for many years. Speed stainless steel sinks are equipped with heavy duty sound guard padding and undercoating to reduce noise. Porcelain, cast iron, and acrylic can be easily dulled and damaged by sharp objects and impacts like dropping pots or pans. Cast iron sinks can be very heavy, making it difficult to install. Porcelain and acrylic sinks can break or crack if not handled carefully.
How does your factory do regarding quality control?
"Quality is priority.''Our inspector QC will check the goods in every procedure and modify the parts once they find any problems from them. And we support to 100% full inspection.

What’s MOQ of kitchen sink?
20 pcs for handmade and one pallet for drawn sink.
Is undercoating important?
Yes. Proper and well appointed under coatings will aid in noise reduction, condensation prevention, and maintaining the water temperature when pre-soaking dishes.
